The Young Reggae Girlz played to a 2-2 draw with a Media Invitational XI at Grays Inn in St Mary yesterday. Putting on their final show before departing for the Concacaf round of their Under-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers, the Young Girlz came from behind twice to level the score.

Former national Under-17 player Devrow Moncieffe opened the scoring for the Media Invitational team only for Nugene Nugent to equalize for the Girlz.

Former national senior invitee Garnett Denton put the Media Invitational 2-1 up but sherika Williams ensured they finished on equal terms.

All the goals were scored in the second half in a game reduced to 35 minutes per half in the interest of time.
