The following
were some of the points established by the General Secretary
in his report to the Board:

The relationship between the

No meeting of the Board has
been staged since May 2007
-
The Annual General Meeting of
the St. Ann FA was not staged in 2007 due to a lack of
quorum
-
The day to day management of

include a Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
and 3 other members
-
The JFF 1st Vice President,
Dale Spencer shall head a sub-committee of the JFF Board in
the convening and management of the Special General Meeting
as well as the period leading up to the meeting. The other
members are David Watt, Chairman of the Disciplinary
Committee and Rev, Wanel Alexander, General Secretary of the
Eastern Football Confederation.
-
All competitions currently
administered by the St. Ann FA shall be suspended forthwith
pending the Special General Meeting referred above
FC Ochi’s
Appeal:
The
Competitions Committee of the Federation on Thursday, 21
February heard the appeal of FC Ochi against its expulsion
from the St. Ann Major League and its disqualification as
Champions of the St. Ann FA Knock Out Competition for using an
ineligible player:
Decisions:
-
FC Ochi was reinstated to the
St. Ann Major league. However, the club shall lose all
points gained in the games in which player Lavar Williams
played
-
The decision to disqualify FC
Ochi as Champions of the KO Competition was upheld
-
The decision to ban player
Craig Gordon for 12 months was upheld (the player physically
